Our animals are grown without added hormones, antibiotics, and with no grain. We support a small Oklahoma processor that is family-owned and operated. They have very high standards for their work and do an excellent job processing and packaging our meat.

Our ground beef typically has a meat to fat ratio of 85/15, which makes it versatile for everything from burgers to chili and tacos. Because we don't add any flavoring, preservatives, water, or extra filler to our ground beef, there is very little shrinkage when cooking. The meat that you pay for goes to feed you and your family and doesn't get wasted.

To pick up your order, come visit us directly at the farm, meet us for a personal delivery in Ada, OK, or find us at the Paseo Farmers Market, April - October in Oklahoma City. During the farmers market off-season, place an order for delivery to OKC. Join our email list for more updates as we expand our delivery options!

Buying in Bulk

Today, the typical consumer goes to the grocery store and buys a pound or two of ground beef, or a roast and some steaks for the weekend. In this fast-paced and hurried world, we've traded authenticity, connection, and community-centered economies for the convenience of supermarkets and e-commerce. This process compromises benefits of buying local meat.

When you buy in bulk, you get a variety of roasts, steaks, ground beef, stew and much more! The more you order, the more you can customize your beef just the way you want it. If you tend to cook with more ground beef and fewer steaks, we can customize the way your portion is cut to get you a greater quantity of ground beef and make it fit your unique cooking personality. We’ll work with you to custom tailor your order of bulk beef.

We offer eighths, quarters, halves, and wholes. Get together with your friends, family, or community and order - the more you order the more you save. Click here and fill out this short form to reserve your beef today! If you have any questions, please contact Jonathan Kilpatrick at (580) 559-6792 or info@benttreefarms.net

Hair Sheep Seedstock

Looking to start your own flock of hair sheep with reliable, no-fuss genetics? We sell quality lambs from our flock that are hand-picked for low maintenance, fertility, and profitability. Our sheep are a composite of the Katahdin, Dorper, and Florida Native breeds.

Low maintenance. Our breeding animals are continually selected for resistance to parasites and are never chemically wormed. We only keep sheep that have good feet (no trimming necessary) and that will thrive on only grass/forage.

Fertility. We only sell or keep as replacements ewe/ram lambs that are twins and have come from a ewe that has lambed unassisted.

Profitability. Sheep can be added to a cow herd and will graze weeds, brush, and plants that cows don’t like. This increases your profitability per acre, while not requiring any additional land. We are “no-nonsense” in our goal of shepherding the most profitable, easy to care for flock of sheep. Give us a call or email us for more information, pricing, and availability.
